Second Semester Check-In
The “I” in IEP Stands for INDIVIDUALIZED!
An Individualized Education Program (IEP) isn’t just a checklist of services—it should be a customized plan tailored to your child’s unique needs, strengths, and challenges.
💡 Ask yourself:
✔️ Does my child’s IEP reflect their specific learning profile?
✔️ Are the goals meaningful and achievable for them?
✔️ Do the accommodations truly support their individual struggles?
✔️ Are interventions based on what works best for my child, not just what’s available?
A one-size-fits-all approach won’t work. Your child’s IEP should be as unique as they are! If it feels too generic, it might be time for a closer look.
